For Your First Pickup
The night before you’ll receive a text reminder to leave your order in your designated pickup location. Please clearly label your order for GLBC.
We’ll notify you with a text once your order is picked up.
Your Driver will bring your free, personalized garment bags with your return order.
Delivery
Your account is now set up for our convenient on-demand service! You can schedule your first pickup using the link below. After that, you can schedule future pickups at any time using our online portal. If you would like regular weekly service, please text or call us to adjust your account settings accordingly.
All pickups are between 7:30am and 5:00pm. Our driver will pickup your order and return your items on the following service day. Your pickup and delivery days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Please note that area rugs, alterations, curtains, drapes, cushions, shoe repairs, and some household items take up to 10 business days.

No problem! After creating your account, send us a text with your desired location.
Our Driver will pick up and deliver your order to your front door, building reception, or another place of your choosing.
If you need a wreath hanger for your front door to hang clean items, please let us know.

Is there a minimum order?

Whether its 2 shirts or 20 comforters, any order size is fine. Wash, Dry, Fold order have a 10 lb. minimum.
What do I put my clothes in?

We will provide you with a complimentary, customized, reusable Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners laundry bag. Your bag will be returned with each order. Your initial order can
be placed in any bag (shopping bag, trash bag, etc.) as long as it is clearly labeled on the front for Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners (GLBC).

Do I need to be there when the pick up and delivery is made?

No. Your Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners driver will provide service to your pre-determined location.

Yes. For alterations, pin the instructions to the garment that needs alterations. Return times can vary depending on the complexity of the alteration.

Your cleaning will be charged directly to your credit card upon delivery. We accept Visa/MC/Amex/Discover.
